How should I store my Wraggamuffins goodies?We're sure they're not going to last long enough for any serious storage woes, but if you do have some leftover goodies then place them in airtight containers and store them somewhere cool, and out of direct sunlight.; Don't put cupcakes or muffins in the fridge, they don't like the cold, it gives them Goosebumps.
How long will my order stay fresh for?If you follow the above storage directions your products should last up to 2 days for cupcakes and muffins, and up to 3 days for brownies. We don't use any preservatives other than nature's own, so the shelf life is less than shop bought items. The above is just a guide, and your own judgement should be used before consuming items older than 24 hours.
Can I freeze my Wraggamuffins products?You can! Freeze within 2 days of delivery and consume within 1 month. Make sure that you allow your items to defrost thoroughly before eating them again; we don't want you to lose a tooth! Whilst it is possible to freeze your order, we don't recommend it. Freezing Wraggamuffins products will impair the quality, as with most fresh items that are frozen. To enjoy them at their best eat as soon as they arrive.
Are Wraggamuffins products suitable for Vegetarians?Absolutely no products containing animal fat, and no animal-derived food colourings are used. All cupcakes, brownies, and muffins contain eggs. Cream, Milk, Butter, and other dairy items are included in most of the products. Wraggamuffins products are not suitable for Vegans.
I have food allergies, what can I order?All menu items are created in the same kitchen where nuts, wheat, dairy, and other items are used and stored. Your product will most likely contain traces of your specific allergen. If you email Selina to discuss your specific dietary needs, she will be more than happy to accommodate you as best she can. Gluten free cupcakes, muffins, and brownies can be made on a per request basis. Contact Selina to discuss your order and to get a full list of ingredients.
Do you deliver?Yes! Delivery of all Wraggamuffins products are made across London. Deliveries to Greater London and Home Counties are arranged on a per order basis; contact Selina for more information about schedules and pricing.
Can I have my order delivered by Royal Mail?Yes, but only brownies, blondies, and mini-muffins I'm afraid; cupcakes and regualar sized muffins are far too delicate for Mr Postman. Prices for Royal Mail delivery are available when ordering.
Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately because international shipping times are longer than our products like to be in a box for, we're unable to offer international shipping at this time.
My order is a gift for someone else, is that ok?Of course! Even better if it's a surprise too, we love surprises! Your order can be gift wrapped and delivered to the lucky recipient, as long as they're within London. You can also include a message so they know it's from you! If they're not at home/work when we attempt delivery then we'll leave their order somewhere safe, with a note to advise them they had a delivery whilst out. What payment methods are accepted?Most major credit/debit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Electron, Solo, and Maestro. Payments are made via PayPal. Cash and cheques are not accepted. Any refundable deposits for equipment hire will be added to your final total. No cash refunds.
