The Wraggamuffins story...
Wraggamuffins launched in 2010 and is the brainchild of Selina Wragg:
Baking has always been a passion for me; from an early age I was pulling my mother's recipe books off the shelf and baking everything I could, with whatever was in the cupboard.
I'm a lover of BIG flavours, but never found a muffin or a cupcake that I fell in love with and simply had to have. So in 2010 I decided to create a range of my own. The goal was (and still is) to stand out from the crowd with a product line that draws on my time living in the USA. This is why we've gone for BIG American Style with a mix of classic British and American flavours.
When you do something you love and you’re passionate about, it shines through in every aspect of your business. I genuinely believe that what we make, and the way we bake, has resulted in an ever-evolving product range which differs from the usual muffins, cupcakes and brownies that you can buy in London.
It’s not enough to just bake something that tastes great and deliver it to our customers; I wanted each and every Wraggamuffins customer to know that my heart is invested in the business. There’s no stuffiness or standard responses as you are always dealing with a real person, from start to finish, who genuinely cares about you and your order.
Every single product is 100% handmade, using only British ingredients, and there are no preservatives in anything we bake. Everything is made fresh-to-order and we are immensely proud of every single muffin, cupcake, and brownie. If we don't love it, it doesn't leave the kitchen!
